Mentoring initiatives tend to fail due to a lack of momentum, often caused by misaligned expectations and eventually resulting in people “having a nice conversation”.
We offer a structured 12-month program delivering aligned expectations, training and learning for both mentors and mentees, supported by regular touch points, infusing participants with new insights and momentum.
